Beginner Guide: From First Seed to ₱10,000 Pesos
Step-by-step walkthrough to bootstrap your Bahay Kubo farm without going bankrupt on water bills.
1. Claim Your Initial Plots and Tool
When you first spawn in front of the Bahay Kubo, speak with Mang Nonoy to receive your starter Traditional Tabo and initial grant of ₱200 Pesos. Head straight to your designated plot boundary.
2. Planting Low-Risk Fast Turnaround Crops
Invest your starting Pesos into Balanghoy (Cassava, ₱35) and Kangkong (₱20). Cassava requires very little water and yields a healthy ₱90 margin in under 45 seconds. Avoid expensive tree saplings until you have at least ₱2,500 banked.
3. Managing Your Manual Watering Cycle
Equip your Tabo, walk to the Poso (water pump), and fill it. Click on dry soil plots until the soil turns dark brown. Watch the moisture meter—re-water when it drops below 30% to prevent growth delays.
4. Selling at the Palengke Stand
Once mature, hold E to harvest. Walk to the Market Stall and press Sell All. Reinvest 60% of earnings into more seeds and save 40% toward a Basic Sprinkler.
